Healing within,
Found my twin,
Unique, stood
alone and won,
Together, now
dream as one.
Combined in
mind,
Sensations
rippling up my spine
Not of fear or
of dread,
Excited
anticipation of the way ahead.
Hours spent
with you,
So precious and
yet few,
Looked back on
the past,
Created
memories that forever last.
Watched the sun
light up your wings,
My joy filled
heart began to sing,
Sheltered in
your purple shadow,
Safe from pains
piercing arrows.
