Tears that I wished I`d cried,

Lay long buried deep inside,

The Songbirds awakening soothing call,

With healing love, began to pull,

Removed the chords to set me free,

In the present, content to be,

I love, breathe and laugh,

Lying in our lavender bath,

High on life and exultation

A warrior of the Rainbow Nation.

Opened adventures door,
Made sunshine on its golden floor,

Rainbow teardrops fill my eyes,
Shooting stars criss-cross the skies,
Under silent perfect moons,
Songbird sings her soothing tunes.

Falling waters formed stone thrones,
Scented fire smoke burning cones.
Ice moons and winter suns,
Broke free but bound as one.
Magic filled pools, plucked a stone,
Never more to be alone,
Oneness in being
Completeness in feeling.

The Last Arrow

A Warrior with his bow held ready,
An Angels healing hand , came to steady,
Released from limiting thinking.
Into the desert floor, he began sinking,
The journeys hours, numbered eleven,
On Mother Earth, he tasted heaven,
Unlimited thoughts, released into a limitless sky,
Free, he let his last arrow fly.......

Balancing all sensory stimulation,
Being in the mindful now,
Visualising and manifesting all that sustains,

Daybreak Warrior

Daybreak Warrior, guardian of the dawn,
Stands forever peaceful, the calm before the storm,
Rushing winds, carry wet grass scent,
Rain dance called, Great Spirit sent,
Eagles spiral high above, the rainbows arched domain,
Indigo rattle dancing, rich laughter in the rain,
Mother Earths sustaining water, delivered by cool showers,
Transforms red desert sands, into a sea, of purple flowers.
