There comes a point within the chaos, when stillness descends. In these precious moments, you can rest in the quietness, be still, breathe, refresh and mindfully bathe in the awareness of the tranquillity, as it surrounds you and your arena. Moyra Donaldson Poet
Attended my first mentoring session today, with Moyra Donaldson, an acclaimed and inspirational poet . The Arts for All John Luke gallery in Belfast was the venue. A productive, creative and thought provoking mentoring session.
