Released from
a prison without bars,
Active rest,
treated to a blissful sensory bath
Silkiness of
radiant skin,
Tension
evaporates with the rising steam,
Muscles
relaxed, freed from thought,
Listen to
breath, its speaks only the truth,
All is behind
you,
Be like the
fresh flower,
Experiencing
the joy of sunlight for the very first time
A purple
patch of completeness, strong, centred,
Loved and
protected,
Soulful
restoration blissful in being,
